What does the 3D Approval System solve?
Checking independent units on paper drawings is slow and error-prone; a single duplicate unit number can set the title-deed process back by months. The system opens the architectural project as a 3D model, and every unit is verified visually, floor by floor.
Land-share and square-metre consistency is calculated automatically, and revised projects are compared against the previous version with differences highlighted. Approved projects are exported as a TAKBİS-compatible data set and archived with e-signature.
