About the service

What does Citizen Portal solve?

Most of the crowd at municipal service buildings consists of transactions that could actually be completed online in minutes. The Citizen Portal moves that load to digital by making applications, petitions, debt viewing and online payment available with a single account.

The portal authenticates via the e-Government Gateway and auto-fills identity and address data from MERNİS and KPS services. Because it integrates two-way with the municipality's existing MIS/ERP, duplicate data entry on the clerk side disappears.

How long does implementation take?
A standard-scope implementation averages 8-12 weeks including integration tests, proceeding through analysis, design approval, integration and pilot launch.
How is data-protection compliance ensured?
Personal data is stored encrypted on servers hosted in Türkiye under KVKK; access is role-based and every operation is logged.
Does the portal work on mobile devices?
Yes, the interface is fully responsive. Municipalities that wish can also get a mobile app running on the same infrastructure.
